If I see anyone with too much bare skin in this weather, it turns me a bit batty. I saw a teen with a bare stomach yesterday and went home for a recovery lie-down. It is understandable then that I am a huge advocate for the winter scarf. Get onto this good thing, ladies! Drape it, knot it, tie it, swing it, sling it... add some mystery to your ensemble: cover the neck up and keep people guessing!
