These Parisian jugs have just arrived at BBD...a taste of all the pretty things that are on their way!!! It won't be long before the store is overflowing with delightful new items. With 3 containers from Europe on the water and a load of new stock coming in from our Aussie suppliers, there's going to be plenty of choice for you!

Jugs: Such useful contraptions! Pour yourself a beverage, sit it pretty as a centre-piece, or fill it with flowers for a vase alternative.

Nice neck.

If I see anyone with too much bare skin in this weather, it turns me a bit batty. I saw a teen with a bare stomach yesterday and went home for a recovery lie-down. It is understandable then that I am a huge advocate for the winter scarf. Get onto this good thing, ladies! Drape it, knot it, tie it, swing it, sling it... add some mystery to your ensemble: cover the neck up and keep people guessing!

If you like a lighter colour near your face, then the soft blue spot is perfect. A great transition piece into spring...could easily smarten up a white shirt!

Hessian is the fabric of the people. It has been servicing us for years now, mainly in sack form. Now, however, I'd like to introduce you to the the made-over and made-up hessian...think the Susan Boyle album cover... from humble beginnings to aesthetic greatness!



These cushions, screen printed with French text, are pretty darn fine. I don't know how the text translates... one can only hope it's something charming!

Rugged up.

There's a downfall in being human. Well, there's probably more than one, but for the purpose of this blog there's one and it's having skin. Unlike our furry friends, we don't grow ourselves any wool to keep us warm in the Winter. And so we collect the fleece from sheep, and alpacas and whip them into a Winter miracle - the throw rug.

We've got you covered (literally and figuratively!) with rugs in a range of colours, textures, and designs. Great gift idea for a Winter wedding, or special birthday. Or just buy one for yourself under guise of 'energy efficiency' ...less $ on heating, more $ on delicious throws!
